All residential rentals are rented out at a rate of 2L per prim!

 Trailer park rentals and apartments or studio places are between 25 prims to 125 prims each!

 Smaller houses are rented out at 50-150 prims

​

Larger houses are rented out  at 150-350  prims 

​

*****The Founding Family Houses, the Head of Family get 400 prims to set up the main rooms of the house and their own room of their choice. The rest of the bedrooms are to be rented out at 50 prims for 100L *****

Business rentals are rented at 2.5L per prim with a max prim count of 60!

****** The only way to obtain a rental group invite once you have rented or chosen to rent, is to have already applied to rp with us. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are a Roleplay sim and therefore our rental properties are for our apped-in roleplayers only!******

******  We do not put rentals on reserve! They are on a first come first serve basis.*** The only exception to this rule is if it's a founding family mansion which is reserved for founding family members and primary roles!*** If you visit our sim and find there are no rentals available you may Contact the rental manager and they will get you on a waitlist. *******

****** If there is an issue and you are choosing to leave, banned, or no longer wish to keep renting with us there will be no refund given. The only way to obtain a refund would be if there is an issue with your rental and the fault is our own. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! ******
