Rules

A) No Child Avis are allowed. Don't Ask we will say no. If you want to do the nasty and get pregnant you can have a prim baby and the admins will work out things after that. If you are wearing a child avatar and you will be asked to knock it off... if ya don't you will go bye-bye!

B) OOC V.S. IC - We're sure everyone has seen this a million times. If the character is a dick icly, that’s just the character. However, if you are feeling uncomfortable, we do encourage you to contact the other player. Things probably won't change icly but it should give you some peace of mind. Please Do not throw a fit about IC actions that's just poor form! On the other side of the spectrum, IC actions have IC consequences, don't whine about the consequences either... If you are a dick and you are on the south side you might get shot. Shit happens! Sorry, bout it!

C) Problems - So, you’re having issues with a player---you’ve tried talking to them, compromising, but they won’t knock their shit off, Contact an admin. Tell them what's up and ask for some special attention. They should be able to handle it! If it happens to be that both parties are in the ‘wrong’ and the admin cannot fix the stuff, Bring it to the sim owner, and may the sl gods have mercy on your pixels! Please never IM a sim owner directly for such an issue. This is bad. They get the grumpies and tell you to go bug an admin anyway... No One likes a grumpy owner don't make em grumpy!

D) OOC Harassment/Unwanted Sexual Attentions - Someone gets ticked off, they don’t like the outcome of an RP, they don’t like a person, blah blah blah. So they go into one of the groups all pissed off and start trash-talking a player, or a group of them, how much they suck, what they did that displeased your highness. DON’T do this. If you do this, It's an automatic ejectorama. You will not pass go you will go directly to who gives a shit, Not us cuz you were rude!

Also being a stalker of any kind... Not okay! Not cool! Not gonna happen OOCLY on this sim. It ain't the place for ya sorry. Not really sorry though!

OOC harassment of any kind is not tolerated. Simple as that. Don't do it, nobody likes it! 

 

E) We expect all to remember that this is an adult sim and Fucked up shit happens, such as but not limited to... Rape, Nudity, Sex, Violence, and Oh my gods MURDER. So act accordingly, ergo, as an adult. If you are made uncomfortable by any of these things, please contact your current role-play bud and say hey this isn't cool let's fade to black, Or find another alternative.

F) We ask that we all respect each other's roleplay styles, techniques, and limits. Para RP is the norm but it won't always be that way. Do not hop in im's and badger the other person because they don't para or para too much. It's their choice. Respect them and don't be an asshat!

 

G) Once you choose to play a character and your application is approved, you may change upon the death of your character, With a 24 Hr waiting period. Why you ask? I'll tell ya, cuz it prevents confusion, and stops godmoding and metagaming. We absolutely do not allow more than one character to an avi. Sorry bout it ( not really sorry ) but it's a rule so keep that in mind.

H) Alts are allowed! We don't care if you don't. But keep in mind the basics, please! One alt does not know the same shit as the other alt. 

     a) If you find out your friend has an alt do not out them, that's just rude and starts drama! We don't like it. 

     b) Alts are separate characters and we ask that if you bring an alt it plays in a different family or side of the tracks then the first alt!

I) If you are gonna throw down and put ic hands on someone please make sure the rules and type of throwdown are settled OOC in IMs before you start! We also ask that this said throwdown is notecard and sent to an Admin for review. Cuz we don't like godmoders! Nobody does!

    a) You can choose to simply RP it out, and use RP posts just remember your wording. EXAMPLE: " Tania sucker punches Nate in the balls! " This is wrong you can't do that without prior consent.... do this instead " Tania steps forwards and attempts to sucker punch Nate's balls " See the difference? Subtle but stops the bitching!

    b)You may use dice if you wish. Keep in mind that dice offers fairness when things probably should not be fair. EXAMPLE: Hand in hand Combat with a High school mortal boy and a Strigoi. Umm, how in the fuck is the strigoi going to lose against a high school kid? In this case, simply RPing it out would make more sense!

J) Punishment is as Follows:

If you break the rules, An admin will bug ya. Sorry, it's just gonna happen. Don't do the bad shit and you won't get a headache!

First-time offenders! You will get a polite verbal warning!

Second-Time Offenders! You will get a documented written warning. Seriously just don't! 

Third-time Offenders! Seriously you're pushing your luck now and you have earned yourself a 72 hr ban from groups and sim. 

Fourth-time offender, Seriously now your just a dick and gone for good! Bye Bye we don't want you here!

 

K)Okay guys this one is kinda simple. 

If you accept a teleport from a player to continue to roleplay off the sim, we are no longer responsible for what happens to you or your character. Don't whine to us we don't care. We have other stuff to do, we have no control over anything other than our sim.

L) We have pretty tags with fun titles for you. Please show the respect your mama taught you and wear our tags. If you don't have a sim tag you don't get to rp. The admins will annoy you, you will get annoyed they will get annoyed and it is an annoyed party how lame would that be?

M) This is again an Adult sim. So Absolutely no anime avis, no underage-looking avis. It's not even an option, if you get an IM saying you look too young sorry bout it ( Again not really sorry. ) then please age up or get the hell out. We are not putting our sim in danger because you want to look like a child! It's a firm no it ain't gonna happen. One warning only and then it's an ejectorama...

 

NOTE: No groups are allowed to be made unless they are created by the owners of the sim! Only tags permitted to be worn while on the sim are rpg, factions, or the OOC group if you are not IC. Thank you for your understanding!
