The Bayou Men!

 

Founded in 2017 By Justin Lin.  At first glance, the Bayou men simply seem like a group of well-respected men in the South side, and some may be from the Northside that enjoy frequenting the gentlemen's club… At a deeper glance, they are a group of prolific lawbreakers.  Many think of them in hushed words as Lafayette’s very own Mob.  Many who have been linked, or associated with the Bayou men are known criminals and yet have not served a day of Prison time.  Maybe it is because anyone who has ever tried to testify against a member ends up dead.

The Bayou men have a lot of dealings with the Strigoi, Most notable of the Strigoi of the Church of Night is Corban Ducharme.  The Bayou men have been said to have dealings with many disappearances of younger mortals, especially the females. They are said to deal with human trafficking, drug smuggling, and many other dark and shameful things. Though anyone who tries to testify or bre witness to any of these supposed things disappear rather quickly.
